The Ride to Forget |
 It would probably be best to start with the positives...Congratulation to Adam Hynes for finishing among the leading group of runners in his 10k race in Richmond park. A very respectable time of 39 minutes. As for the ride, only a small group of three this week and a short 4 laps of the park. A mixture of fatigue and wind ensuring that the ride would be less about time setting and more about getting some miles under our spandex. It was probably for the best that all three of us forgot to use Strava. This was a first KMOTB outing for Jason Millichamp, so thanks for making the journey down from Campden to join us. We can guarantee a stronger pack in weeks to come.... |
